Return and Warranty
For warranty assessment, you can either bring the defective product to one of our retail locations or ship it to our North York location.
14-Day Exchange Policy:
We offer a 14-day exchange for items that are unopened, unused, in factory-seal and original manufacturer packaging, unless not sealed by default.
Disposable Devices:
A limited 72-hour DOA warranty applies. If your device doesn't work on first use, we'll replace it at no charge. Return it in original packaging with the tax stamp; no returns are processed without it.
Pre-filled Pods (closed pod):
A limited 72-hour return policy applies if the pods are unused, unopened, and leaking. They must be returned in original packaging with the tax stamp; no exceptions.
Manufacturer Defects:
Our 30-day warranty covers defects, starting from delivery day. Products can be brought in or shipped (at your cost) to our North York location for warranty service. You may opt for a product return or a refund, minus shipping costs.
Warranty Coverage:
- Dead on Arrival items
- LED screen, charging port, and battery issues
- Auto-firing units
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage from non-Fresh Inhale Smoke products
- Accidents, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or external causes
- Unauthorized repair attempts Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
- All clearance products are FINAL SALE, except DOA.
