Shipping Policy

Fresh Inhale Smoke Vapes offers a variety of shipping methods, with no impact on the order placement or processing speed. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same day, though some orders may take up to three days to process, especially during Canadian holidays. We ensure discreet packaging for your privacy, and back-ordered items are shipped once available.

For shipments within Canada

we utilize Canada Post as our primary carrier, which then transfers packages to local carriers for final delivery. If you experience delays in tracking updates, please refer to your local carrier's tracking system.

Same-Day Vape Delivery:

We're excited to offer vape delivery services in the GTA. Place your order by 3:00 PM EST any day of the week, barring Canadian holidays, for same-day delivery. Orders received after the cutoff will be delivered the following day. Deliveries are made between 6:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Please communicate any specific delivery instructions at the time of ordering.

  • The option for same-day delivery will automatically be available at checkout.

  • If you miss the delivery, we'll attempt again the next day.

  • A 25% restocking fee is charged for failed deliveries due to age verification issues.

  • Have your ID ready to show to the delivery driver upon arrival.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed daily, except on Canadian holidays. Tracking numbers provided during weekends or holidays indicate prepared shipments, which will be dispatched on the following business day. We may extend processing times if we need to clarify order details. Keep your contact information current to facilitate communication.

Product pages and site-wide notices will communicate any significant delays due to high order volumes or other issues. Normally, orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, depending on the carrier.

Carrier Information:

Canada Post, our primary carrier, does not deliver on weekends, major holidays, and hands-off packages to local carriers for international orders.

Tracking:

You'll receive an automatic email with a tracking number once your shipping label is created. Canadian customers can track their packages via Canada Post's website, while international customers can use their local postal service.

International Orders:

We offer various shipping options for international orders. Canada Post is recommended for reliable and swift service. Be aware of your country's import laws and potential duties and taxes as we cannot predict these costs.

We're not liable for customs seizures or losses during international delivery. In such events, both the customer and the Fresh Inhale Smoke Vape Shop will be informed of the seizure and the associated value.

International Shipping Disclaimer:

FedEx and UPS have ceased shipping vape products to the U.S. as of early 2021. DHL and Canada Post are our alternative carriers. Buyers are responsible for all import-related costs.

For our U.S. customers, we strongly suggest utilizing our expert shipping services to minimize delays and reduce import costs.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered or for carrier errors. The customer is responsible for filing claims for lost or damaged items.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

You may request changes or cancellations if your order hasn't been shipped. If cancelled after shipping, you're responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Contact us for any changes or questions.

Restocking Fee:

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns/exchanges. This includes items not signed for and returned by the courier. Store credit will be issued for returns/exchanges, with conditions.

Underage Purchases:

Canada Post's Age Verification service is used for every shipment. Legal age verification is mandatory. Returns due to failed age verification incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. This is non-negotiable.

Proof of Age Required:

First-time orders must pass Canada Post's Proof of Age verification or Sama-day delivery. Recurring orders require a signature upon delivery. Packages are held at the post office if not signed for, and unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

For items not delivered due to customer error (wrong address, not picked up, underage), we'll deduct shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee from any refunds. International orders may incur import duties and taxes.
